Privacy notice
Short version: ET is designed so training footage is analysed in your browser by default. ET does not send raw training videos through its profile/history backup. Your profile and analysis history stay on your device unless you choose a backup or transfer option. Optional injury/body-composition context and model-improvement feedback are off by default.
1. Who this notice covers
This notice explains how Exclusive Tekkz (ET) handles personal information in the current web app. ET is powered by Super PE Online (SPO), described in the product as its Physical Education academic partner. For privacy questions, contact superpeonline@gmail.com.
2. Information ET can use
Core athlete information
You may provide information such as name, height, weight, dominant foot/side, experience level, role, sport or position and training goals. These details are used to personalise movement analysis and recommendations. On supported movements, an experimental Force Estimate β may also use your height, body weight, entered external load and video timing locally in the browser to calculate the estimate.
Optional health-related context
If you explicitly switch it on, you can add body-fat percentage and injury/restriction context. This information may be health-related personal data. It is optional and is used only to make training feedback more context-aware - for example, to avoid suggesting that you aggressively increase a movement you have marked as restricted. ET does not diagnose injuries or medical conditions.
Analysis history
ET can store movement type, rep-quality estimates, measurements, confidence information, coaching cues, session context and timestamps so you can compare sessions and build a personal baseline.
Optional product-improvement feedback
If you explicitly opt in, ET can send limited analysis metadata such as movement name, movement family, rep-quality estimate, tracking confidence, training goal and whether you marked feedback as useful/accurate. Raw video, your name, body-fat percentage and injury notes are not included in this feedback payload.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting and asset providers used by ET may process ordinary connection information such as IP address, browser/device details and request logs for delivery, reliability and security. ET also uses short-lived security sessions and hashed request buckets to protect cloud, billing and entitlement endpoints; raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored in ET's application rate-limit table.
3. Training video and camera footage
Footage selected for analysis is processed in the browser in the current app. ET Sync does not upload your training videos. The page may download the pose-analysis software/model and other website assets from their hosting providers. If the product later introduces server-side video analysis, this notice must be updated before that feature is used.
4. Where information is stored
By default, your profile and analysis history are stored locally in your browser/device. You can export a backup file or create an Instant device transfer code. A transfer code can contain your profile, analysis history, app settings and session preferences; opted-in feedback may also be included, so treat it like a private backup and only share it with a device you control.
If ET cloud backup is enabled on the deployment and you choose it, ET encrypts your profile, analysis history and app settings in your browser before sending the encrypted payload to the cloud. If you opted into product-improvement feedback, the backup can also contain your saved feedback responses. The recovery key is used to derive the encryption key and should be kept private. Training videos are not part of the ET cloud-backup payload.
5. Why ET uses information
Core profile and analysis data are used to provide the service you request, remember your settings, compare performance over time and improve the relevance of feedback. Optional health-related context is processed only when you actively opt in. Technical/security data may be processed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
6. Services used by ET
ET may use Cloudflare for website delivery, encrypted profile/history backup, security/rate limiting and opted-in product-improvement feedback where configured; Stripe for checkout, subscription billing, invoices and customer billing management; Google-hosted MediaPipe model assets and jsDelivr-delivered software for pose analysis. ET does not receive or store your full payment-card details from Stripe. Voice Coach uses the browser/device speech service to speak short text feedback; ET does not use the microphone for Voice Coach. If you choose Share, the app passes the item you selected to your device's share interface or creates a local share image. Those providers/services may receive ordinary web request or platform information needed to perform the action.
7. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it, clear browser/site storage or remove it through ET's privacy controls. Where cloud backup is enabled, the encrypted backup is kept until you delete it, the service/account is closed, or the backup service is retired, subject to any legal retention requirement. You can also use Delete my ET data from the Profile screen.
8. Your choices and rights
You can edit your athlete profile, turn optional health context off, clear that context, export your data, delete local data and - where cloud backup is enabled - request deletion of the cloud backup from within ET. Depending on where you live, data-protection law may also give you rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability.
9. No advertising profile
ET does not intentionally use your athlete profile, health context or analysis history to build an advertising profile or sell that information to advertisers.
10. Other people in your footage
If you record or upload footage containing another person, make sure you have an appropriate right or permission to do so. Coaches and PTs should be especially careful when analysing clients, children or vulnerable people.
11. Younger users
ET is intended primarily for users aged 16 and over. Users under 18 should involve a parent, guardian or responsible coach where appropriate, particularly for loaded exercise or injury-related decisions.
12. Security limits
We use reasonable technical measures, including browser-side encryption for optional cloud backups, server-verified subscription state, short-lived signed entitlement sessions, security headers and rate limiting, but no online service can promise absolute security. Keep recovery keys and transfer codes private and protect access to your devices.
13. Changes
ET is evolving. If data handling changes materially - especially if server-side video processing, a different account model, new payment processing or new analytics are introduced - this notice will be updated and, where required, users will be informed before the change applies.

Smart Capture β
Smart Capture processes movement timestamps and clip boundaries locally in the browser. When you use Smart Record, the temporary recording is created on your device so ET can isolate supported attempts. ET Cloud does not upload the raw recording or Smart Clip video by default. Leaving or reloading the page may remove temporary video data unless you intentionally save or share it using your device.
