TERMS
Terms of use
ET is a training-analysis tool, not a medical device, match official, timing gate, force plate or substitute for a qualified coach/clinician. Measurements derived from phone video are estimates and their quality depends on camera position, lighting, visibility, frame rate and the movement being analysed.
1. About ET
Exclusive Tekkz (ET) is a developing phone-first movement-analysis service powered by Super PE Online (SPO), its Physical Education academic partner. These terms apply to the current web app and any Free, Pro or Coach features made available through it.
2. What ET provides
ET may analyse movement video, estimate body landmarks and movement metrics, compare repetitions and provide training-oriented observations or coaching cues. The current app includes a 120-movement library available for core analysis on ET Free. Some movements use dedicated analysis logic while others use movement-family analysis with movement-specific rules. Outputs may be marked Estimated, Experimental or unavailable where the camera cannot support a trustworthy measurement.
3. Estimates, not guaranteed measurements
Phone-camera analysis has limitations. Unless ET expressly says otherwise, outputs such as joint angles, movement timing, speed, symmetry and technique scores should be treated as training estimates rather than laboratory measurements. Ball spin, muscle activation, injury diagnosis and other measurements requiring dedicated hardware or validated clinical testing must not be inferred from ET simply because a video is available. On selected movements ET may show an explicitly labelled Force Estimate β. This is an experimental video-derived estimate, not a direct ground-reaction-force measurement and not a substitute for a force plate.
4. Safety and responsibility
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate exercise, load, environment and level of supervision. Do not place a phone where it creates a trip or collision hazard. Use safeties/spotters where appropriate and stop training if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual weakness, loss of control or another concerning symptom. See the Training & Safety notice.
5. Injury and health context
Optional injury/restriction information is used only to contextualise recommendations. ET does not determine whether you are fit to train, diagnose a condition, prescribe rehabilitation or override advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified professional.
6. Accounts, backup and recovery
ET can store information locally and may offer transfer codes, backup files, optional cloud backup and, when enabled, permanent account sign-in. You are responsible for keeping recovery keys and transfer codes secure. If you lose a recovery key, ET may be unable to decrypt or recover that backup.
7. Your videos and data
You retain rights you already have in your own videos and information. You give ET permission to process the content you intentionally provide for the purpose of delivering the requested analysis. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. See the Privacy notice for current data handling.
Smart Capture β: on selected movements ET may create local timeline windows around high-confidence detected attempts. The original recording remains intact while you review those windows. Smart Capture is experimental and may withhold, miss or require confirmation of an attempt rather than guessing when confidence is insufficient.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use ET unlawfully, attempt to defeat security controls, interfere with the service, scrape or overload it, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited by law, or use it to analyse/record another person in a way that violates their privacy or rights.
9. Coaches, PTs and professional users
ET can support professional judgement but does not replace it. If you use ET with clients, you remain responsible for obtaining appropriate permission, applying your own competence and scope of practice, reviewing outputs before relying on them, and meeting any professional, safeguarding, insurance or data-protection duties that apply to you.
10. Service availability
ET may change, be interrupted, contain errors, have movements added or removed, or reset experimental functionality. We may restrict or discontinue features where needed for safety, reliability, security, legal compliance or development.
11. Intellectual property
The ET software, interface, branding, analysis logic and original product content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party software, models, photographs and other assets remain subject to their respective licences or terms.
12. Free, Pro and Coach plans
ET Free provides core analysis across the 120-movement library. ET Pro and ET Coach provide additional features such as deeper metrics, Voice Coach, longer-term personal intelligence and professional controls. Where paid checkout is enabled, Stripe's checkout screen states the actual price and billing interval before purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Billing-management options are provided through the Stripe Customer Portal where enabled. Any applicable statutory consumer and cancellation rights are unaffected.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those rights, ET is provided as a training-analysis tool and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for medical, rehabilitation, safety-critical or professional decisions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
14. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, mandatory protections and rights in your place of residence may also apply.
